Ghadeer was the first company to have a fully operational Dairy in Qatar. It is as of today, the only fully integrated dairy company in the State of Qatar, having its own arable grass farm, Dairy Cow Farm and Dairy & Juices production factory plus its own wholly operated sales & distribution delivering products across Qatar every day. Ghadeer proudly contributes to the food security of this beloved country in the field of dairy and juice production. Green fodder is produced daily and is used to feed our own Dairy Cows and assisting in the sale of grass to the local to local farmers. Based on its experience and quality of products, Ghadeer enjoys a prominent position in the Qatari market and enjoys loyal consumer confidence in dairy products and juices.

Since its inception, Ghadeer Dairy Company has been keen to adhere to the highest standards of quality while keeping pace with the development and continuous endeavor to introduce the latest technologies and production systems in order to provide the best products to its consumers and the best services to its customers.

By the year 2017 and after the blockade, Mohammed Hamad Al Mana Group purchased the non-Qatari share in Ghadeer and Ghadeer is now a 100% national Qatari company for the best of our dearly beloved country.  And finally, they purchased and modernized the equipment and machines according to the latest technologies in the field of dairy and juice industries.

The company has also developed the cadres and technical expertise through contracting with experts in the field for dairy production in order to meet growing demand and contribute to food sustainability in accordance with the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Agriculture or Arable Farm

The company owns and operates the largest green arable Qatar situated in Al Rakyia, in an area of total land cover of approximately 1’291 hectares, this represents the major source for feeding the herd in the cow farm and surplus grasses is used as the major source of grass in the local Qatari market.

Advanced technology is used in all operational procedures from machinery to harvesters, and all of our irrigation is done using a modern center pivot system.

Cow Farm

The capacity of the Dairy Farm is more than 2,000 cows, and all stock were born and raised locally on the farm itself. Farm cattle are monitored 24 hours a day with the latest technology and cooling system that reduces the effects of heat and pressure and maintains a suitable environment. The farm has two fully functional and semi-automated milking parlors, handling a total of 64 cows at a time.

Dairy Factory

Our processing and production facility have a capacity of over 200 Tones daily of dairy products which are packed by modern machines for Milk, Laban, Yoghurt and many different flavors of juices. These products are packed into various sizes designed to satisfy all customer demands.

The factory includes a laboratory which is fully equipped with modern laboratory equipment used to measure all levels of hygiene and ensure quality production and control. We take great pride that Ghadeer holds ISO 22000:2005 certificate for food safety.
